Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy for teens and adults navigating a range of life challenges, including stress, depression, identity exploration, emotional regulation, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed. OCD Treatment
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is the gold standard treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Backed by decades of research, ERP helps clients gradually face feared thoughts or situations (exposures) while resisting the urge to engage in compulsive behaviors (response prevention). Over time, this reduces anxiety and breaks the cycle of OCD, allowing clients to regain a sense of freedom and control.
Anxiety & Perfectionism
Anxiety can show up as constant overthinking, physical tension, or a sense of never doing enough—especially for high achievers who appear “put together” on the outside. It often overlaps with perfectionism, where the fear of failure and self-criticism can feel relentless. In therapy, I help clients build awareness of these patterns and develop tools to manage overwhelm and self-pressure. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support lasting change and help clients reconnect with a more grounded, self-compassionate way of living.
